GUIDE is known for it’s ability to extend a helping hand to women and girl children who are facing situations of harassment and violence and would commit suicide if not supported. Three Hundred and forty persons were approached us for their problems and they have been helped by our feminist way of counseling so that they gained confidence with the gender perceptive of how they had made as victim of social cultural practices .
GUIDE continues to support women and those one-stop centres and informally providing psychological, physical and economic support to many hundreds who prefer not to go to such one-stop centers.
GUIDE orients women who could be psychological counsellors to trauma driven women. GUIDE also developes home based supporters for elderly and infirmed.
